TOWN OF WILTON 2009 TRAFFIC SIGNAL WARRANT INVESTIGATION
In 2009, the Town of Wilton requested a traffic signal investigation be conducted by the Saratoga County Department of Public Works for the intersection of Carr and Northern Pines Roads. The question presented was whether the current traffic conditions justify the installation of a three-color traffic signal.
