YOUTH TENNIS LESSONS

Boys and girls with little or no experience will learn the game of tennis in a fun environment. Rackets are supplied. Registration ends June 30th. Program is limited to 15 participants. Min. of 8. Program runs rain or shine (during rain the program will be held in our gym).
Zack Arpey, a Saratoga Springs High School standout tennis player and currently playing in College. Zack recently was named the Rookie of the week in tennis.

Boys and Girls gradss 4th - 7th (grade as of Sept. 2011) will pick up skills in shooting, offense, defense and more. Registration ends July 20th. Friday, July 29th is the rain make up date. Min. of 10 participants and max. 20 allowed.
Coach Mike Heyward was an assistant coach for Skidmores womans Basketball team.
OPEN GYM SCHEDULE

Those under 10 must have an adult with them
Special hours will be available during Christmas Break and Winter Break.

SPRING SOCCER 2011
May 7 - June 18
Open to boys and girls grades Pre K-6TH. Games on Saturdays (two 20-minute halves) and Wednesdays
(25 minute skilll practice followed by 25 minute game). Games
supplemented with three 1 1/2 hour age specific training sessions, led by Saratoga-Wilton Youth Soccer Club trainers and coaches.
A tournament will end the season on the final Saturday.
Players will receive a jersey, shorts, socks ball and end of year
participant award for playing. Games will be based on age
appropriate U.S. Soccer guidelines. Pre-registration is required. Please note this program is not organized by Wilton Recreation.

GORILLA SOCCER
Your child age 4-6 will get a kick out of this smaller version of soccer. Limited to 20 participants, this program will cover the basic skills of soccer appropriate for the younger player. This program fills quickly.

JR. NBA 2011-12

Grades 2-10
This league is divided into four divisions: 2nd & 3rd Grades, 4th & 5th Grades, 6th & 7th Grades, 8th-10th Grades. This is a recreational league and beginners are welcome. There is one practice each week (1hr) on the same night and time (once assigned to a coach). Practices times are Monday-Friday. Games run on Saturdays between 8-3pm. We can not accomodate special requests for coaches, friends playing together or practice times. All players receive a uniform. Games include referees. Max. 280 players.

Placement accessments assist coaches in viewing players' skills and assist us with trying to keep our teams as equal as possible.

As a reminder, for weather delays or cancellations coaches will notfiy parents. Emails, posting on our home page as well as TV stations will also be used to notify parents. Just because schools are closed does not mean our program is cancelled.

This program is held every Monday from 8-9:30pm and open to men & women ages 21 and older.

GORILLA BASKETBALL
This program is held Sundays, from 9am-10am. Targeted toward our younger hoopsters, ages 4-6, this program covers the very basic skills of basketball with lots of fun. Limited to 20 participants. Fee includes a Gorilla ball tee shirt. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Wilton Recreation After School program begins in
September. All participants must be in grades K-5 . Bus
transportation is provided for those attending Dorothy Nolan
and Lake Avenue Elementary. The program is available everyday that school is in session until the end of the school year 3:30-6:00PM.
There are five payments of $350. This is a recreational
program; participants will play group activities such as sports,
arts and crafts, playground and movies. Pre-registration
is mandatory and bus arrangements must be made through the
bus garage. Please give us a call with any additional
questions you may have.
Fee Schedule: Five payments of $350 per child (Wilton Resident). First payment due upon registration. Payment due dates: 11/1/10, 01/01/10, 3/1/11, 5/1/11.
